Janelle has called New Zealand home since 2014. Becoming a licensed immigration adviser in 2017, she has since guided over 1,500 individual and corporate applications through to resolution — building a practice grounded in precision, policy fluency, and genuine care for outcomes.

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science from China and is currently completing her Master's studies at Auckland University of Technology, bringing both analytical rigour and continuous, up-to-date expertise to every case she takes on.
